Intro to Adult Ballet: 1/6/25 - 2/24/25 (No classes: 1/20/25 & 2/17/25)

A class designed for the adults with absolutely no ballet experience. This 60 minute class covers proper stance for alignment, positions of the arms and feet as well as the coordination of these principles. Students will learn the ballet vocabulary necessary for other forms of dance disciplines.

The P90X Chest, Back and AbRipper X workout is no joke! It is intense and at the same time it is fun, and radically effective! This is the push and pull workout. This workout pushes your limits, while at the same time encouraging you to take breaks when you need them. Every exercise has a modification so anyone can safely begin this progress and pace themselves carefully. There are also several water breaks when you can catch your breath.
What to bring: Mat, bottled water, and towel. Please wear workout gear and athletic shoes.

The P90X Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, and AbRipper X workout is no joke! It is intense and at the same time it is fun, and radically effective! Just when you thought you knew every type of push up out there... here comes a truckload more. This workout pushes your limits, while at the same time encouraging you to take breaks when you need them. Every exercise has a modification so anyone can safely begin this progress and pace themselves carefully. There are also several water breaks when you can catch your breath.

You have not danced in awhile but are confident in the basic terminology and just need to let your muscle memory brush up before taking the adult ballet.
What to bring: Please bring a towel, bottled water and ballet slippers.You may wear traditional ballet attire such as a leotard, tights, and ballet skirt. Or, you can wear any yoga attire such as leggings, tank tops or t-shirts. Both you and the instructor need to see your body alignment.
