This is the push and pull workout. This workout pushes your limits, while at the same time encouraging you to take breaks when you need them. Every exercise has a modification so anyone can safely begin this progress and pace themselves carefully. There are also several water breaks when you can catch your breath.
What to bring: Mat, bottled water, and towel. Please wear workout gear and athletic shoes.
