A class designed for the adults with absolutely no ballet experience. This 90 minute class covers proper stance for alignment, positions of the arms and feet as well as the coordination of these principles. Students will learn the ballet vocabulary necessary for other forms of dance disciplines.
Max: 10 students
What to bring: Please bring a towel, bottled water and ballet slippers. You may wear traditional ballet attire such as a leotard, tights, and ballet skirt. Or, you can wear any yoga attire such as leggings, tank tops or t-shirts.
