You have not danced in awhile but are confident in the basic terminology and just need to let your muscle memory brush up before taking the adult ballet.
What you'll need: Please bring a towel, bottled water and ballet slippers.You may wear traditional ballet attire such as a leotard, tights, and ballet skirt. Or, you can wear any yoga attire such as leggings, tank tops or t-shirts.
