Advanced Beginning Ballet Virtual: 6/15 - 7/13/20

This three-week course is for dancers with prior experience in basic ballet. This 90 minute class covers proper stance for alignment, positions of the arms and feet as well as the coordination of these principles. Students will learn the ballet vocabulary necessary for other forms of dance disciplines.
Advanced Beginning Ballet: 1/13/20 -3/30/20 (No Classes: 1/20/20 & 2/17/20)Mondays, 6:00PM - 7:30PM Dates: 1/13/20 -3/30/20 (No Classes: 1/20/20 & 2/17/20) This class continues with more basic ballet steps including turns and jumps. What to bring: Please bring a towel, bottled water and ballet slippers. You may wear traditional ballet attire such as a leotard, tights, and ballet skirt. Booty Barre: Spring 2016Mondays, 7:00PM - 8:00PM
Dates: 4/4/16 - 5/16/16 Mondays from 7-8pm. A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this you don't even need any dance experience and you certainly don't need a partner. The Booty Barre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn the fat fast. What to bring: Please bring a towel, a yoga mat, bottled water and barre socks. P90X: Chest, Back and AbRipper X: 4/11 - 4/26/17

The P90X Chest, Back and AbRipper X workout is no joke! It is intense and at the same time it is fun, and radically effective! This is the push and pull workout. This workout pushes your limits, while at the same time encouraging you to take breaks when you need them. Every exercise has a modification so anyone can safely begin this progress and pace themselves carefully. There are also several water breaks when you can catch your breath.
What to bring: Mat, bottled water, and towel. Please wear workout gear and athletic shoes.
Beyond Basics: 6/28/22 - 7/26/22

These classes are for adults with previous ballet training and solid technique. The intermediate dancer can process more complicated sequences, can execute barre exercises with greater speed and accuracy and is expected to coordinate arm and leg movements smoothly. Center floor work requires a greater ability to use core strength and balance and incorporates more challenging petite and grande allegro steps and turns.
