This course is for dancers with prior experience in basic ballet. This 90 minute class covers proper stance for alignment, positions of the arms and feet as well as the coordination of these principles. Students will learn the ballet vocabulary necessary for other forms of dance disciplines.

This course is for dancers with prior experience in basic ballet. This 60 minute class covers proper stance for alignment, positions of the arms and feet as well as the coordination of these principles. Students will learn the ballet vocabulary necessary for other forms of dance disciplines.

You have not danced in awhile but are confident in the basic terminology and just need to let your muscle memory brush up before taking the adult ballet.
What you'll need: A chair with a high back, or kitchen counter. Please bring a towel, bottled water and ballet slippers.You may wear traditional ballet attire such as a leotard, tights, and ballet skirt. Or, you can wear any yoga attire such as leggings, tank tops or t-shirts.
